Demolition & Site Clearance has long since been an area of expertise for The Breffni Group Hire with safety and environmental concerns a priority within the control of the business.

All demolitions are treated individually with different categories of materials being separated prior to demolition if applicable. Where this is not possible the demolished materials are then separated after the demolition has been completed and prior to the materials being loaded onto the wagons for disposal off site.

Recently Breffni have demolished the following existing buildings and removed them from site.

• Three-storey building belonging to Dublin Corporation, Cork St, Dublin
• Four storey residential and commercial premises, Townsend St, Dublin
• Single storey public house with adjoining two storey residence in Rolestown, North Dublin
