Breffni Group (Demolition & Recycling) have built up an extensive portfolio of experience on a wide range of demolition projects, including a number of projects alongside both LUAS and Irish Rail assets.

The scope of demolition works typically include building services de-commissioning, asbestos strip out and disposal, M & E strip out, soft strip out and disposal / salvage, temporary works design, mechanical demolition, site clearance and remediation, bulk excavation, segregation of rubble for disposal / recycling, crushing & recycling of rubble for re-use, and façade retention.

Breffni Group have acted in the role of PSCS and Main Contractor for many of these projects and have an experienced Site Management Staff with the technical and management capability of co-ordinating and discharging both their contractual obligations and the duties that the role of PSCS confers.
